Extend Chiropractic Care In Military Health System
Help ACA Pass H.R. 484 To Extend Chiropractic Care In Military Health System
The ACA is working with concerned lawmakers in Washington, DC to
fully implement and fund the chiropractic care benefits Congress has
approved for America's veterans and active duty soldiers, sailors,
airmen and marines. At the same time, the ACA is committed to passing
new legislation designed to take the next step toward ensuring that all
of Americas current and former military servicemen and women, and their
families, have access to the chiropractic care services they need and
deserve.
Congressman Mike Rogers (R-AL) recently introduced H.R. 484, an
ACA-backed bill designed to extend chiropractic health parity to U.S.
military retirees, dependents and survivors through the Defense
Department's TRICARE program.
The ACA urges DCs, CAs, students, patients and other friends of the chiropractic profession to immediately contact their representative in the U.S. House to request that they co-sponsor H.R. 484.
